On these pages I want to document the restauration of my 1966 Oldsmobile Toronado. There are videos, photos and of course lots of information regarding the first model generation of 1966/67. To the restauration pages.

The image on the right shows my old 72 Toronado. It was one of the most reliable cars I ever took on the road and seemed almost indestructable. The photo was taken at the Natural Bridges Monument in Utah. These mountain formations in the far regions of White- and Armstrong Canyon have as many visitors throughout a year as Zion Canyon has in a single day. You can see the location in Google Earth when downloading the attached Google Earth KMZ file. Crossing the desert in a 35 year old 2ton luxury coupe was risky at times and yes, it made it across!

Furthermore, I put photos online that were taken on other travels to the southern United States. There are also a couple of visits to virtual junk yards along the East Coast.
